Like you say, maybe they should get a new career. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ll be posting a blog later this week (www.1to1media.com/weblog) about a NYT article that said constomers are uncomfortable when companies see their online complaints and follow up via blogs, Twitter, or other social media tools. Seems companies aren&#039;t the only ones who don&#039;t understand what social media is for. I&#039;d love to know your thoughts.</description>
